These policies stated on our web-site are valid only for on-line purchases. The return and exchange policies stated below are not valid for merchandise purchased in our showroom or ordered from our catalog.
Shipping
If any of the items are not readily available, we will contact you and let you know the approximate date of shipment.
Returns
We are confident that you will find your order to be exact to your specifications. However, if you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. (Insurance and shipping charges are not refundable)
Step one: E-mail us at returns@treasuresinternational.com to request a return authorization code.
Step two: Please write this return authorization number on the outside return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice should be included in the returned package. NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Step three: Secure all merchandise in the original containers including the gift boxes which are shipped with your order. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED, SIZED, WORN, DAMAGED OR NOT RETURNED AS INSTRUCTED.
Step four: Ship your purchase to Treasures International. INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Upon receipt of the package, we will inform you via e-mail that we have received the merchandise. A credit or refund less insurance and shipping charges will be issued to you.
Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another selection, provided that the first purchase is returned within 30 days of shipment from Treasures International. We will issue a credit which you may apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice.

Most of our diamonds come with full diamond certificates from either GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or EGL (European Gemological Laboratory), which are the two most respected laboratories in the world. A diamond certificate is a document issued by an independent gemological laboratory which describes the stone and evaluates all of the important factors affecting its quality and value.
All purchases are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS delivery services. These shipments are fully insured and tracked by computer until delivery to your door. Signature will be required for delivery.

In order to give our customers the opportunity to view our products in greater detail, we may have altered the photographs for viewing purpose.
