The Treasures International Gift Card is redeemable for Treasures International merchandise up to the prepaid value of the card. It acts like a gift certificate, but looks like a credit card. Available in denominations from $50 to $10,000. The Treasures International Gift Card allows the purchaser to share with their gift recipient the experience of shopping at Treasures International.

How do I use my Treasures International Gift Card to make a purchase online?

To use your Treasures International Gift Card online,* simply proceed through the checkout as though you were using a credit card. As payment method, select Gift Card and enter your Gift Card number and PIN. The amount of your purchase plus tax and shipping fees will be deducted from the value of the card. If the value of your Treasures International Gift Card does not cover the full cost, a credit card may be used to cover the difference.

How will my order be shipped?

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
For each address within the 48 United States, the following charges apply:*
Ground shipping: $10, please allow 5-10 business days.
Express shipping: $15, please allow 3-5 business days.

Items on backorder: please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.
Custom items: please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

How can I buy my pearls online?

In selecting pearls, quality is of the utmost concern. Fine, well-strung and perfectly matched pearls with thick nacre layers will maintain their luminescence, durability and luster for years.

You may give us the pearl size, length, clasp, and price point you wish to stay around and we can customize a pearl necklace or bracelet for you. We carry an extensive selection of Japanese and Chinese cultured pearls, along with various sizes and colors of South Sea pearls.

How do I get an appraisal for my Treasures International merchandise?

Treasures International offers insurance appraisals for our merchandise only.

We do offer Insurance Replacement Valuations.

A Treasures International appraisal will be automatically provided for the following merchandise:

-Diamond Solitaire Rings
-Three Stone Rings with round, oval, emerald-cut or rectangular diamonds.
-Modified Brilliant Cut Side Stones equal to or greater than .50 carat each.
-Diamond Stud Earrings equal to or greater than .50 carat total weight.
-Diamond Pendants equal to or greater than .50 carat.

The Treasures International appraisal is a retail replacement valuation document.

Merchandise may be engraved with our Treasures International standard type styles or in some cases with your custom design.
