We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Treasures Jewelry. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Web Site Policies.

Diamond

You may return diamonds within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying certificate(s), as well as the original copy of the warranty. Returns of diamonds not accompanied by all of their original documentation and packaging will not be honored.
 
You must obtain a return authorization code from www.treasuresjewelry.com before returning diamonds. We will not accept any diamond without a return authorization code. E-mail us at returns@treasuresinternational.com to request a return authorization code.
 
Diamonds must be shipped prepaid via a trackable carrier such as Federal Express or United Parcel Service (UPS) and insured for the full purchase price. Treasures Jewelry is not responsible for any returned diamonds that are not sent in the manner set forth above.
